01 The Trip

Flats & backcountry.

Sight-fishing the shallow water of the Lower Keys is some of the finest in the world. From a poling platform, Capt. Robert puts you in position to intercept cruising fish across crystal-clear flats, backcountry basins, and mangrove shorelines.

We target the famous “big three” — Tarpon, Bonefish, and Permit — along with snook, barracuda, sharks, and a variety of backcountry game fish depending on the season and conditions. The Maverick HPX 18 gets skinny where the fish live and eats up the chop on the run between spots.

Whether you’re chasing a Florida Keys Grand Slam or just want to experience the beauty of the backcountry, every charter is customized around current conditions and your goals.

04 FAQ

Common questions.

How many anglers can you take?
Charters are private for a maximum of 2 anglers, which keeps the skiff light and quiet on the flats.
Do I need a fishing license?
No — a Florida fishing license is included for every angler on every charter.
What if I've never sight-fished before?
That's welcome. Capt. Robert coaches presentation, timing, and the cast so first-timers get real shots at fish.
